My ten-year work anniversary rolled around and normally the managers would make a presentation and recognize an employee for all their hard work and dedication. My boss comes out to my desk and says, "Oh, by the way...I have your ten-year certifcate here for you. It has been on my desk and I may as well give it to you now, so Blah, Blah, Blah!" "Here you go!" Wow, what a presentation! Is this all I get after ten years? I couldn't believe it. I thought this really lacked professionalism on his part and I was very disappointed. What a bossdonkey!

Today my boss left his truck lights on. He had to get a jump start because his battery was dead. Was there anyone around to jump start his truck? No. I had to push his truck so he could leave.

Today my boss came back from lunch a bit wasted. I went into the restroom at about two to do my daily download. When I was finished I walked over to the sink to wash my hands. At that moment, my boss walks in and goes to the stall I just came out of to puke. He was laying his head down on the bowl. Ew.

Today my boss took over as ride operator while I went on a restroom break. When I came back, I noticed that she wasn't checking the lap bars on the roller coaster cars to make sure that they were secure. One guy was actually not strapped in when the coaster left the station. Thank goodness I came back when I did because he was panicking. I stopped the coaster from going up the hill until we got his belt buckled and his lap bar locked into place. My boss almost killed some guy today.

I have many bad boss stories. I will only share the worst bad boss story I can recall for lack of space.... I had a boss that was narcoleptic. She use to fall asleep all the time at the office and we were forced to cover for her. She would fall asleep during meetings, during lunch, during conference calls, with clients, and a few times on the toilet. (she fell off but not hurt) I was hired to be a sales guy not a doctor! To make our team look good my co-worker and I would do most of the work while she slept! And took the credit! We never got so much as a "thank you for saving my job!" Thank goodness I got out of there and am now a boss.... though I hope not a bad one!
